- Replies to rental requests, packages of all sorts (sled, fishing, seaplane...), complaints or any particular need, in French, English, Spanish and by phone calls, fax, courier, e-mails or directly at the reception 7 days a week from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm
- Account, taxes refunds (invoice, receipt, confirmation) , deposit, balance (by calling again the tenants ) by credit card (MasterCard, American express, visa), cheque and Interact
- Detailed report of all the bookings of your cottage, expenses, rentals incomes
- Publicity and registration of your cottage in our websites :
If your cottage is a log home (made with rounded timber)

Including photos, updated availabilities on our site, indexation in Internet search engines, in different trade directories, billboards, regional newspapers, leaflets, tourist guides, various tourist associations including Tourisme Québec, Chamber of commerce
- Participation in 2 trade exhibitions of cottages and countryside houses : 1 in Montreal, 1 in Quebec
- Household of your cottage after each rental (only valid for the village of Sainte-Christine d’Auvergne), maintenance and repairs
- Inventories (only valid for the village of Sainte-Christine d’Auvergne): toilet paper, kitchen roll, wash liquid and household cleaning products, bin bags, windscreen washer, seeds to feed the birds, soaps (you are responsible for these products)

Your engagements
- 25 % of the total before taxes of each invoice paid every month, so that all the staff involved can be paid on time
- Cleaning ladies, maintenance and repairs of all sorts, clearing snow from patios and staircases, mowing, replacing bulbs, gardening
